Fold back Webasto sunroof. Previous owner for 23 years, but not on the road for over 10. Car has been standing for a while, although started occasionally. Turns over, fires and might run if you are persistent. Paint is poor and we intend to paint it once the mechanicals and any other issues have been worked through.
Electrics need attention, the lights and other components at the front of the car are OK, but the rear lights are not. and there is a strong suspicion that the earthing requires attention. The chassis outriggers require work.
This SE6a was originally brown, but is now green having been resprayed by the owner before last, so around 25 years ago around the turn of the millennium.
Interior is pretty good and was expensively re-trimmed in leather. The interior has an aftermarket classic Mountney wooden steering wheel. Original rear load cover is present and the carpets are in good condition. The dash panel is very warped.
This Scimitar has K&N air filter, stainless steel exhaust and a manual choke. There have been modifications made to the cooling system that never overheated, according to the previous owner.
This SE6a has a tow bar, which shoudl prove useful as we plan to trailer some other Scimitar projects with this green machine.
